Go For It! is mixing debut album "Misanthropy"

District 763 Records brings the big guns in again and adds a real flag ship to its roster. The sympathic oldschool hardcore band shows that there are not only beatdown bands coming from their german home 'the Ruhrpott' but rather bands which live the old values. Stylistic the guys know where their roots are but anyway 'Misantrophy' presents fresh and does not sound antiquated.

Driven by passion and dedication GO FOR IT! started up in 2008 as a four-piece in the Ruhrpott area in north-west Germany. This is Hardcore for the Punk Rock kids and Punk Rock for the Hardcore kids from the bottom of the heart, getting their inspirations from all that implantated images of a so-called social life. As GO FOR IT! is sick of society´s lies and daily performing prototypes, they are pointing their fingers at dominating political abuse, schisms as a no-go in process of our scene and won´t shove the values down that once was the decisive factor for the sub-culture of Hardcore-Punk. GO FOR IT! ain´t into any boundaries of genres and there is really no use to.

After releasing the 8-tracks debut mcd “Reading between the front lines” GO FOR IT! played several support shows for bands like SICK OF IT ALL, TERROR, YOUTH OF TODAY, BOLD, DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR, SPERMBIRDS, STICK TO YOUR GUNS, FIRST BLOOD, TRAPPED UNDER ICE, GRAVE MAKER, 50 LIONS, BORN FROM PAIN, CONFRONTO, KNUCKLEDUST, ARKANGEL just to name a few. GO FOR IT! was in the lucky position to share the stage with YOUTH OF TODAY and SPERMBIRDS during the ESSEN BEBT 2010 Fest and after last year mayhem of sing-alongs, countless stage dives and high fives GO FOR IT! headlined the ELCH RECORDS SUPERBOWL in the 3rd edition of existence. Furthermore GO FOR IT! was a part of the BALTIC SEA HARDCORE-Festival in Greifswald for two times and was invited to the 18th anniversary of POSITIVE RECORDS with bands like CARPATHIAN, RUINER, MILES AWAY, CRUEL HAND, ALL FOR NOTHING etc.

Right now GO FOR IT! is mixing their debut album “MISANTHROPY” which will be mastered by Timo (Crosscut) and what will contain some exclusive features and an totally amount of 15 tracks.
